That’s not how it works. The company will be able to access aggregate data that is de-personalised for their organisation. This way they can look at big picture level of their employee mental health rather than access individual employee information. I can’t imagine for a second any union would be ok with an employer having access to such high level personal health information. Some unscrupulous employers may then use this to ‘thin the herd’ of high risk employees. Can't see Medibio being involved in facilitating this for employers.
