Obviously Jack Marx is a disenfranchised jealous renter that can sure rant allot.
What is ignored is the fact that every property supplied by an investor (whether they own one 1 rental or 100+) is another one that is available for rent. In the vast majority of cases the only properties left vacant for extended periods of time are the ones where people don't want to currently live in i.e. small country towns or they are in need of extensive renovations to be liveable.
