May need to dilute shares again if they can find investors.

From the C4.. This resulted in net operating cash outflow for the quarter of $2.535million, as compared to the previous quarter's cash outflow $443k.
What happen did the old board go on a spending spree or just filled there pockets. I wouldn't but it pass them going on other deals that looked a little "sus".

So if the previous quarter was $443k, As you state "$940k on hand", well it should see Jackgreen to 6months.

I had a look back at a few announcements what a joke .."Jackgreen sets sail for 2010 results".. the quicker Jackgreen can dump the old board the better get it done and dusted.

Who is this seller at .12cents an investor that picked up shares at .11cents. Or the old board taking there bat and ball with them, what a sad bunch.
