You are quite right, the main issue is that Tatts haven't signed a new contract and precisely why I haven't taken a position at this point.
Mike told me it is more a case of Tatts having more important things to worry about and haven't got around to it. We really can't be sure if that is really what is happening or not.
Tatts also need to be careful as Jin could decide to sell their customer data base to one of Tatts customers. In my opinion JIN are a real asset to Tatts and they get the sale anyway through JIN all be it at a lesser margin.
The opportunity however is overseas and once Jin proves themselves abroad the market will focus less on the Australian business.
It is my personal opinion from the research that I have done that they will be successful at some point but it is hard to know exactly how long it will take.
