There are other betting companies that have offered to buy JIN's data base/customer base. Tatts compete with these companies so they wouldn't want this.
Jin have the relationship with their clients who use their website and their games, these are different customers to the Tatts customers.
Yes Jin need Tatts but they also help Tatts so it will be interesting to see what happens.
The uncertainty around this is enough to hold me off investing at this point but I will be watching carefully.
