The thing that gets me about him is the constant attempts to move the goal posts.
He's cut costs, sold assets (at pretty good prices, given conditions and the nature of the businesses he has sold). And some legacy operations might not be profitable. Fine.
But the customary "tough-economic-conditions-and-non-recurring-items" story that trys to explain why rural services isn't making any money is driving me mad. There is no excuse for mediocrity in your core business!
