Must say, saw the same article and shook my head in disbelief and amasment that this great country could neglect its infrastructure to this extent.

In my opinion, it just reflects the increasingly wide gap between the haves and have nots.

Just adds to the many other articles about the perception of a decaying and declining superpower.

Anyway, off my high horse.

I'm hoping the changes to the Inflation Reduction Act will also encourage more innovation in new and emerging green (MABR) technologies and infrastructure options (decentralised water).
