Very keen on PLA, but obviously a left centric ANC led by Zuma...

    Very keen on PLA, but obviously a left centric ANC led by Zuma could ripple the pond.

    When Zuma promises 4 million jobs. How on earth is he going to finance that without extra taxes ?
    The problem for him is the more taxes he raises the more marginal mines he will kill off so it could be self defeating.

    However, as someone who's had to quit Africa I know African leaders do not always follow a rational course.

    Any thoughts ?
