interestingly enough though it was with nido that i rang someone in the company (who has since left ) when they had an issue at 1.5c and i still got my 400k worth !
(imagine if i'd held till 50c , would have been $200k --patience pays )
the barrier seems to be an across the board default assumption that the legislation abroad is a bar to this . not always the case though
