I thought along the same lines, Jagen have injected some serious money, plus their previous holdings costs, and have decided to forego $136.k in interest pa.

Dilution, in this case, to me, is not an issue , as effectively, 32% of EIF is now held by their previous largest s/holder, who it seems, know a tad more than we do, and this effectively removes this amount from liabilities, to assets.
