Makes my day, 1$ by christmas you have to be quite conservative ....
Don't forget Munes drilling starting mid-November... Although only 7% of a relatively small prospect, it is also relatively low risk. Success there would be quite material to EXR given its small size (only 970 shareholders as of 30 June as per annual report). Given the drilling of Jaguar in January, the upcoming Munes drilling should have very little downside for the share price and still appreciable upside...
