JAGUAR PROJECT ON TARGET

Jaguar decline ahead of BFS target

Ore production commenced and ahead of BFS target

Underground Mining
The Jaguar decline is 100% complete, having reached both the main orebody and the primary ventilation / emergency egress shaft location. This key milestone has been achieved on time and on budget.
The pre-sink for the ventilation and egress shaft has been completed; with back-reaming 40% complete. Installation of the fans and ladderway is expected to commence in June as forecast.
Good ground conditions have continued in both the decline and ore drives, reflecting the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) geotechnical expectations.
Jaguar Ore Production
The current development is proceeding smoothly and the advance rates are exceeding the productivity targets set in the BFS. Development of the level 1 ore horizon is 60% complete and access to the level 2 ore horizon will be completed in the first week of June as projected.
To date the ore widths and grade in the development headings appear to be consistent with the ore resource model.

Concentrator Construction and Commissioning
Construction of the Jaguar Concentrator is now complete. The major construction contractor will be fully demobilised from site by the end of this week.
Commissioning of the concentrator has commenced. The crushing and conveyor circuit is fully operational at design capacity, allowing the team to move onto commissioning of the grinding and flotation circuits.
Successfully reaching these key milestones keeps the Project on target to achieve production of concentrate during June as previously projected.



Good news, Wilf, and this should assuage any fears & worries we had. Concentrate production in June should bring in the $$$ soon after. Everything from hereon should be all good & positive.
