A lot of these ASX200 companies have directors who should in the least have been prosecuted and faced significant jail time. There seems to be no real deterrent for directors openly failing to meet their duties.
There should be far more jail time given out to Directors of these companies like Telstra who have not performed their duties and taken money from sholders,
