And we thought AMP's behaviour was bad before - look at how they are behaving now. Blame everyone but themselves - take ownership and show some contrition. We live in very sad times across many quarters at the moment and this is just another example of not taking accountability and ownership and doing something right to correct it. History will not look kindly on many of the things happening around this planet currently and IMO nor on this organisation.
The exec's that conjured up and built the systems and associated sales processes and BOLR incentives/handcuff's and were 100% complicit and yet not one of their necks has been put on the chopping board to date.
There are many parallels to this story and that of VW's dieselgate.
