    Bullshit.
    As soon as he was sworn in, the other minister, cabinet and the parliament should have been informed.
    Actually he should have gotten cabinet approval BEFORE doing it.

    We don't elect our prime minister, and we don't give them unfettered power. This is not a presidential position.

    Its a collective cabinet model with ministers appointed and responsible for their respective portfolios.

    No one ever envisaged a scenario where 2 ministers could be sworn in concurrently, and no one would have ever imagined a scenario where said appointments were kept secret.

    Don't let party allegiance cloud your judgement on this. Morrison was out of control and should never have done this.
