According to this latest comments from Micheal West (or at least my reading of it), it looks as if EWC will be the project developer, owner and operator of the 360MW power station in Jamaica. Read his last sentence which states that: In light of the track record of EWC however, and the deep schism between its claims and its achievements, Jamaicans could be forgiven for treating this bold assurance with a grain of…. Consequently, if you believe that M. West knows what he is talking about, and if you are a shareholder in EWC, then you must feel pretty happy. If, however, you are like me, and know the facts, including that M West does not know what he is talking about, then it may pay to be far more cautious. As I pointed out earlier, while EWI and EWC have a framework agreement in place, this agreement is limited to the Asia Pacific region.
