Also shows how slow genuine progress is. Jamaica deal was announced ages ago and only now setting up? Also online not available to early next year. I've felt for sometime there's a reason why so many of these deals (NJ Fixed odds, Betr etc) have terms over a 10 year period. We probably are best served by keeping our eyes fixed on a 5+ yr time horizon to make the truly big bucks IMO.
