    Proposed changes for the road construction has been submitted. Ball is now back with IAAC.
    I originally thought that the use of waste rock for road construction that was in question was for the Billy-Diamond highway, but it appears it is for roads within the mining area  ( See the yellow roads with red boundaries around it in the map below ) ??
