Further comment has been posted on the Impact Assessment Agency website dated 22/6/22 from the University of Waterloos Environmental Assessment Review Society recommending approval of the project subject to conditions. These conditions relate to potential contamination of the environment. I note that there is mention of delay to the project which is something new to me.
Sounds like it is moving in the right direction and hopefully we hear from the Agency itself soon.
