    In my opinion we will need the James Bay DFS prior to any deals being signed.

    I can see it unfolding as follows: James Bay DFS released, GXY - NMX tie up via merger or JV, overseas listing to raise funds for construction.

    Just my best guess for timelines if GXY - NMX eventuates.
