James Dack in Daily Tele Article, page-3

hello everyone,
first time poster and relatively new to MNS but not new to the Lithium, EV, Graphite space here.

Would someone be able to answer 3 questions for me?
1) When did James Dack come onboard? (I can see the SP was around the $0.07 mark in April 2020?)
2) What experience did he have before to be offered such a good compensation package when the company only had 200k left at that point (I treid finding him on LinkedIn but could not)
3) Is the Management the same as back when they did the deal with James?
4) How many cap raises did they do since that one?
