It does make you wonder when you have inventions like James's and others why the Water Authorities in Australia are still playing around with condascending promotions like,'have a 3 minute shower' etc. That's all and good but it's a failure, our dams are still empty and our ground water is depleting.

A few years back I read about the University of WA have some technology to place small windmills on a dam's perimeter to extract water from the air and feed it into the dam. It worked on the smallest air breeze to activate it. Last I heard the Russians were interested. Guess the CT tax and it's green busso is pure feel good fuzzy stuff. Green technology has been around for ages but no one has the cohunas to implement it, just tax the old ways.
