You are incorrect on the wait until Tox data to start a human combo trial. I asked Charmaine that very question and she said ‘absolutely not’. The only impediment being funds, ie they would need a partner to pay for it.
I also asked if the tox data was an impediment to a licensing deal and she also said it was not.
Does not mean anything will happen but i suspect that a licensing deal will happen before trial readout and with the Tox data due in May and results 2 months later in July, it is a very tight timeframe.
They did mention in the quarterly on page 4 that they are “progressing dystrophin combination study”. But they dont have the funds! Go figure why they would say that.
Just a thought but if the 9 month Tox started in early Feb, dosing will finish mid November so why the 6 month wait until the data in May???? It is not subject to enrolment delays so the timeline should be set in stone. Anyone got a view?
