Ill hold my judgement for now....If they get this cap raise away far cheaper and successfully than the last then perhaps Ill need to change my tune. Lets see how much they get stung for this time around and what the SP does post raise so I can eat my words. He's a super high level for what has been described above IMO but if its way cheaper and the shares aren't dumped in a few weeks / on news then kudos to AF.

Both of those things are relatively recent... Many many months before that where it was clearly stated in the shareholder letter enough hadn't been done yet to get interest for partnering perhaps he was managing or something else.. Might be better paid a consulting fee if the responsibilities are sporadic and he cant find time to update a Linkedin profile.
