Good question. Phillip Hains acts as secretary and CFO from a remote third party position. it also seems he takes a lot of fees as shares, similar to Xelerate. It's often a good small business management plan but Im becoming less comfortable with this arrangement. it's very different to execs getting share and salary incentives as they aren't personally invested and have a common goal. When third parties can have such heavy influence, it's not the best idea. A conflict of interest perhaps. I hope that this arrangement will change as we grow as it would be in our better interest to manage our own funds and financial confidentiality.
