The primary concern with garner is he is 'lazy'. Either that or just plain incompetent. He published milestones for trials in Corp Presentations, then promptly missed all of them! Some Kazia milestones he missed by 6-12 months. How to destroy your cash runway and miss critical inflection points to drive up valuations. He will happily sit twiddling his thumbs, burning thru cash while the SP at best slides, at worst falls off a cliff. Unfortunately garner wrote the book on this..... DYOR....
