It's absolutely correct if you look at the timings in the working drug vs FDA approval lifecycle. FDA approval sent NEU from $7 to $12ish.
ANP are sitting more or less in exactly same position in the approval cycle.
Anyway, for the young players, don't expect ANP to move from 7c to $12 because someone on hotcopper said so.
