I realise James is not technical. Anyhow, someone technical at the company should explain him the difference between nitrate and nitride (or he can google it) ... He should be saying Gallium Nitride. anyhow, as long as he brings in the deals all good, but he does need to say it right, otherwise he'll sound like a bit of a goose in the wrong audience. Otherwise a good presentation. I too liked to see the competitor slide as anyone who has done a little research knows they are around. I think there may in fact be even more (sadly)...
