I think it's more about small caps with high P/E's. This shorting is short sighted and NTC are looking good for the next few years on the current contracts IMO and other analysts research. NTC are hiring US workers and investing there so I don't think they will be trumped on the AT&T contract at all.
If NTC keep leading and investing why shouldn't they kept winning contracts. There's also the lucrative replacement cycle.
This story has a long way to run.

Directors have recently bought a good bit of stock. They are confident.
