Could some of this money be explained away by the rather obscene salaries some directors and CEOs are getting? I recall at least one figure of about 100 million; a few of these will quickly mount up. But would they mount up to multiple tens or hundreds of billions?

And no, the money can't have evaporated somehow. If it had, injection of new money would not be inflationary.

So WHO (plural) have gotten gargantuously rich (in dollars; thus temporarily unless they buy real assests fast).
