I get the feeling everyone is expecting Friday's deadline was the date for Shougang to say the yeah or Neah.

My interpretation has always been that this is the date for the Feasibility Notice to be issued to Shougang, and with a bit of luck for the results of the Feasibility to be released to market .

Shougang would still have until Sept to respond and come up with the loot.

The results should give a good indication on whether Shougang would be impressed or not.
