Just a caution, there should be dividend, but not necessarily will be 10%. But you're right, that will just be an icing. The key thing is the net profit and cashflow report that hopefully will propel the share price a bit to where it should be. I'm hoping for a 50% profit at least on this share.
Meanwhile, let's see if God is on our side for the weather in California.
