Jan - March 2023 activity statement due end of April 2023.

As EWC’s shares have been suspended from quotation bythe ASX since 1 March 2023 (ie. technically perhaps neither a trading halt nora voluntary suspension),, do the continuous disclosure rules apply to EWC, asit does to all listed companies, even if they are in a trading halt or involuntary suspension?

Given that the quarterly cash flow report (Jan-March2023) does not require auditor’s comments, does EWC have to submit this reportto the ASX?

If EWC does not submit this statement prior to market openingon 1 May 2023, will ASX delist EWC as it has also not yet released its July-Dec2022 half yearly report to the market?
