The majority of MFS shareholders were lambs let to the slaughter. Including myself.
For such a significant level of MFS shorting to occur my belief is insider trading was clearly evident.
Hedge funds do not take out incredibly large short positions unless they know something that others don't, because it's high risk strategy if the stock recovers quickly. They can loss millions.
Will MFS trading before the it's crash ever be investigated. I'd say a 0.01% chance. I don't think the ASIC is interested anymore. It doesn't care and I don't believe it is prepared look deeply into MFS because it shows there has been serious lack of care by the Regulators.
