Yes I'm expecting a softer result in automotive leather. However any property in the portfolio is likely to have increased in value which will appear at next valuation or possibly subsequent valuations. In my experience property valuers slowly adjust their valuations towards market prices during a boom and there can be a lag. They use historical comparables.
