Well I think there will be a joint bid between Jangho, and Henry Bateman and his equity partners. Jangho 75% and Bateman 25%.
Full and complete separation of Medical and Dental Centres from Diagnostics and Hospitals.
Henry Bateman and Cornerstone to own and run 71 medical centres, recruiting doctors and dentists and renting MC Property space.
Jangho to own and run Pathology, IVF, Day Hospitals, Sydney Eye Clinic and Radiology.
