It's a tough call - Janssen Pharma was never a Top Pharmaceutical company in itself despite having several products in market but since J&J took took control I guess it really comes under that banner as the parent company. Maybe it's just J&J taking footprint under shadows. All tangled web though Jansess Pharma was purchased by J&J in 1961 - Janssen Biotech was formerly Centacor founded in 1979 before becoming a wholly owned subsidary of J&J in 1997 (i guess that's where they bandied the name change on). Did take 18 years to move to profitability though - lets hope PYC's path is faster.
Anyway good work meeting the deadline - well one day out but hey. Only thing is i guess they really pushed to get the release out to maintain cred, with the release fairly open & technicallities of the deal still under discussion & to be finalised.
First trading day of 2012 an progress made lets hope it continues & the year moves past 2011's stalemate.
