I believe that PYC is more confident now than it was when it said this in the annual report released in October:
"Phylogica believes it remains on-track to deliver on the project milestones required to trigger a commercial licence and/or milestone payment from Janssen in early 2014.
"Negotiations to determine the commercial terms are currently ongoing."
