It's no secret there will be a cap raise. It's been alluded to in reference to expansion- US bureau etc... but I believe they will announce last quarter revenue, sales of TKF, and the navy announcement before any raise is announced. It would be crazy to do it earlier. That's why my plan is to take a little profit after 3 news releases , to have cash on hand for any attractive cap raise offer. But like the rest of you I'm getting impatient. Gltah.
