Australians should sue current generations of indigenous people for their proven role in eliminating many species of ancient Australian mega-fauna.
The irresponsible and selfish actions of the indigenous ancestors has harmed the country and stollen potential from current and future Australians.

(If British ships landing on the shores of Australia is the fault of current Australians of all creeds who have subsequently advanced Australia, then the extinction of mega fauna and significant ecological damage can be squarely placed on current generations of Aborigines. The 'other Australians' have right to demand compensation.)
