I was alluding to the fact that the drilling Company nearly went bust, because of the Gulf crisis, and could not afford, at that time ,to spend any money on the " Legend " for the maintenance that was needed to be done before this current programme was due to start,hence the delay.
I hope what CP stated ,mid January ,is on the money.
