If you listen to D.W s latest interview he says clearly the the FDA submission "has been or about to be submitted" and that was back in late Nov. from memory.
I was then waiting for an announcement regarding submission but never happened so now I'm hoping they didn't bother .
I think with the price holding pretty well over December that the market knows or is confident of a positive FDA reply
