As hoots has drawn attention to, there is a noticeable similarity in the trading pattern between PLS and GXY (and perhaps we can throw in AJM into the mix). In particular the volume has been particularly heavy today in both stocks.
So same sentiment afflicting both in the absence of any specific company news, though I think it's the SQM deal causing the angst. And maybe this was just a good a time as any with an excuse to cause a pause to the uptrend
Still, it's not a huge pullback so far when looked at from the last August lows !
In relation to future Lithium pricing I do take note from a couple of Simon Moores tweets this morning :
From my perspective at this stage, my biggest fear is the real possibility of a significant sell-off in the US stock market (even if lasting just a few months) causing a flow on effect to our market
