Back onto the subject of January 8th and GoG and DK response to ETM Statement of Claim which is as predicted trying to seperate the case on the jurisdiction issue....
This was alway going to be on the cards with both parties trying to delay the case. At this stage ETM have a very strong argument for things to remain as they are all in the one Arbitration...
The statement of claim is very extensive and the will not be answered in full by the due date. Satement of claim being dated July 2023...
Hence the continued push on Bifurcation....
