I doubt the Japanese consortia has taken any of our tenements - under the new Seychelles legislation, the successful bidder would only be awarded blocks after three months and only then after other companies have had the right to bid in response to the opening bid. Further, if we lost any significant assets, WHL management would be required to disclose this fact at the time it became apparrent. Finally, the timing of the Rigzone article (or should we say advertisement) would make a mockery of management (and government - losing investor confidence) if our tenements were taken away so closely. All IMHO my friends.
