Suggest you google a list of all the nuclear reactors in Japan. There will be 50 listed (some list 51) that have been shut down for maintenance and safety checks. You will however notice that Fukushima Daichi 1 to 4(Not to be confused with Daini) are not included in the list. These 4 reactors automatically shut-down immediately after the earthquake and were so badly damaged, they will never be turned on again.
