Quantity is unimportant IMO. It's the change in sentiment that counts which is why I started buying back into uranium stocks recently. While this news is an important first step, China's resumption of its new nuclear builds should have an even bigger impact IMO. I suspect that may happen in the next 6 months.
Need European markets and Greece to behave themselves though.
