Found an interesting article on a Chinese web site, saying Chinese investors are buying Japanese properties, because the prices there are more reasonable than in major Chinese cities.

I always treat online Chinese articles with a grain of salt, but this one does make sense. And as we know, Chinese funds are buying all around the world (Australia, South America, Africa, Canada...)
