i saw a segment on bloomberg tv about half hour ago about chinas pollution and how bad it is followed by videos of smog and the reporters on bloomberg surveillance highlight the fact that the images are daylight hours
also noting that theres so much vested industry in chinas industry that its not an easy fix... before getting to words @ the end, something along the lines of....."its a nuclear debate"
this is it imo, we are on the cuff of a change in sentiment or at the very least a change in spot price lol
