I agree that AJA is well placed due to the differences between the 'details' of its debt relative to other A-REITs and can continue to 'safely' pay out large dividend yields each year.
In addition to the company specific position, I see that concerns about Japan's economy may have been too pessimistic with better than expected economic growth recorded in October (annualized at 4.8%).
I'll continue to hold although AJA (like many REITs of late) has been sitting in a holding pattern.
